SYSTEM INFORMATION: One Osna Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump with Siemens 100 Hp TEFC motor. Suction piping
includes a duplex basket strainer with butterfly wafer isolation valves, low pressure sensor
and low flow switch. Discharge and return piping incorporates an actuated by-pass ball valve,
pressure sensor, turbine flowmeter and a Valtek Starpac Control Valve. Suction and
discharge piping is epoxy coated butt welded carbon
