Engineering Capabilities
  • Fabrication experience with many grades of metals, primarily type 304 & 316 stainless steel, Alloy 20, and carbon steel

  • Fabrication experience with several grades of thermoplastics, primarily PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene and PVDF

  • All metallic and non-metallic piping fabrication meets ASME B31.3

  • Code welding including arc, gas, GMAW and GTAW welding with ASME B31.3 and AWS certified welders

  • All structural and process welding is performed in-house

  • Electrical software, panel layout drawings and bill of material lists created utilizing the latest version of AutoCAD® Electrical

  • Electrical schematics are provided as standard on all modular designed systems with control or junction panels

  • All panels are designed, fabricated and tested to the latest UL®, NEC® and NFPA® standards. UL® labeling of control panels available upon request

  • Ability to provide complete control systems, local programmable logic controllers, programmable automation controllers and Human Machine Interface developments

  • Ability to provide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) developments. Experience with many formats of communication: Ethernet, Modbus/TCP, HART, DH485, RS232 and cable or wireless modems.

  • Define the project scope through the use of Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs)

  • Selection and size all process components mechanical and electrical

  • Complete 3D mechanical layout drawings are provided as a standard customer approval package

  • System panel layout drawings as well as electrical schematics are provided as a part of the approval package

  • Comprehensive QC functional and acceptance testing that meets or exceeds customer specifications

  • Complete As Built equipment and drawing manuals provided as standard final documentation.
