  • Request for quote with process application data supplied by customer

  • Process application data and specifications are reviewed by ASI project engineering team

  • A quotation is prepared with detailed equipment descriptions and a P&ID generated, if necessary

  • Upon receipt of a purchase order, we prepare mechanical and electrical drawings for your approval

  • Upon drawing approval materials are purchased

  • Internal kick-off meeting with engineering and manufacturing teams

  • Fabrication by discipline; welding, mechanical and electrical and PLC programming

  • Quality Control testing is performed throughout the fabrication process based on contract requirements

  • Final check-out performed by our quality control and project engineering team

  • As Built drawings and QA/QC test documents are provided with equipment specification manuals
